Information Center

This guide help you set up your information center for employees to access.

Hint: Information Center is a free add-on module to Complychain. Contact Complychain to activate it on your account.

Introduction

The Information Center is your organisation’s communication engine for compliance. Publish critical policies and procedures in one place, track who has read what, and close the loop with short awareness assessments. It’s the easiest way to prove compliance, strengthen your security culture, and keep everyone aligned - without chasing people manually.

From the Information Center, employees are able to preview and download the documentation you choose to make available.

Hint: The configuration of the Information Center is only accessible to Administrators. For administrators a link in the bottom of the sidebar appear.

Configure Information Center

You can configure the Information Center by accessing the button Information Center at the bottom of the sidebar.

Add Documentation

You can add documentation to the Information center by following these steps:

  1. Click on + Add Documentation

  2. Select the documentation you want to make available to employees

  3. Click on Add Documentation

Coming soon: Soon you will be able to perform light awareness training in the Information Center by requiring employees to read and understand certain documents.

Invite users

By default, all users added to your Complychain organisation can access the Information Center. If you want to invite employees who should only have access to the Information Center, and no other parts of Complychain, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Settings

2. Go to Users

3. Click on + Create User

4. Fill out the required information

5. Select the role Staff Member
(Hint: Staff members can only access the Information Center)

6. Click on Create User
